I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to outlets and cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room definitely needs some refurbishing as it had a strange smell and the towels were quite worn out. Overall, it's a decent place but there are certainly improvements needed, especially in the room quality.
